I cannot give advice, as an amateur. All I can tell you is that this sentiment is common enough across artists of all levels of talent that I'd say it's probably just part of being an artist.

Without knowing shit, I DO know breaking the mold is required to get better, so don't chew yourself up over it. You wouldn't be this good already if improvement wasn't possible for you. That you see things you want better or different is already a first step in directing your efforts, and after that it's just narrowing scope.
