A question to anyone who uses itch.io for games/vn's

This has been bugging me for months, and yet, despite many attempts to get assistance from the admins AND many attempts to reach out for help on their forums, I've not gotten any responses back, so I'm gonna try posting a journal here to see if someone here can assist me with this issue.
Itch.io used to send out e-mails whenever a creator I was watching there made a new version to their visual novel/game. That way, whenever something new came out, it was easy to keep things up to date. Unfortunately though, for me, these e-mails stopped happening sometime around six months or so ago. I've done no changes to any of my settings that would stop the e-mails from coming in, and itch.io is NOT blacklisted on my e-mail. In fact, I have a filter on my e-mail so they are sent directly to a specific folder.
It's not a matter of the creators not updating things either, because the creators I watch there put stuff out once a month. Despite this, for the last six months or so now, I've been stuck having to manually go to my itch.io feed every week or so just to make sure I didn't miss anything. I've missed updates multiple times because of me no longer getting e-mail notifications.
If anyone can help me and tell me what's wrong here, I'd greatly appreciate it. Here is what my email settings area looks like right now. Again, my settings have ALWAYS been this way, and I've never changed them, so I don't understand the issue, but if something new has been added elsewhere on itch.io that now controls whether or not the update e-mails show up, it definitely isn't here.

The other one told me that you'll get a better response to queries by going through their discord as the actual site's support is ... lacklustre at best.
But they both agree something odd is going on with this issue.
He suggests "he can also try to whitelist postmaster[at]updates.itch.io in his email." He received and update telling about that.
If anything else pops up, I'll let you know as soon as I do.
