Taking Time (Breakup thing)

I havnt really just outright said anything yet. I've beat around the bush to add clarification where needed as the situation is complex., but need to just do this for myself.
I'm not in a relationship anymore.
There is a friend of ours that has grown close, and rather than stay in the way of something better, it was better for me to step to the side. It was my choice to do. If you know me enough, you'll know I'd never want to be the reason that something better could have been achieved. Knowing how much they fell in love with eachother, it had to be done.
With the issues I'm still facing with my hands, the pain thats brought due to the reasoning, and everything else, im... done. I put some vent art on twitter best shows how it feels, but im probably never posting it here.
I want to ask everyone to please respect their budding relationship, as strange and rare as this sort of thing may be.
As for me, I have to do the normal things I guess we always do with this stuff, just in a really complex way.
