State of Things Update

General
I'd like to apologize again for my lack of updates.
While I am seeing a dr and I have been on anxiety meds for a whole i am still not in a good enough headspace to work. I haven't drawn anything (even for myself) since BLFC in June.
I am going to be going through my trello and looking at what I owe and to whom.
There are a few I would still like to do or have already started, but I am going to start offering refunds as I am able.
If you are OK with waiting for your art, please let me know.
Also if you would rather get your money back, also please let me know.
I am sorry again and I hope to be back in some capacity at some point.

If you're interested, I can give you the name of an anxiety workbook that helped me out.
It works on the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It starts by explaining what anxiety is and, more importantly, why we have it at all. Then works to help strip away the stigma we give it so that we can better see it as a neutral entity instead of this ugly monster. Because when we say our anxiety is bad, we're saying we're bad basically. Encourages a better self-response to our own anxiety like you would if you saw a small child who was anxious and scared. All of this is to get you to fight the anxiety less with the idea that if you accept it, it'll get easier to manage over time and won't be as intense. It also includes a lot of meditations and stuff. It is repetitive, but their idea is to start simple and then build up on that.
It's taken a lot of work with my anxiety. And some days are better than others. But I do feel like this book helped at least some with it. Enough that I'm curious about their depression workbook as well.
