Multiple times now I've come across peoples' pages where they just upload art they like in some way, don't even credit the original artists nor do they usually give information they they're not the artist.
In order to report any art theft on FA you have to be one of two things
1) The person who drew it
2) The person who commissioned it
There's artists that either don't have an FA page, or they don't speak any english at all, so trying to communicate is a huge pain in the ass. And you have to push against the rules hard to get staff to remove images that were done by non english speaking artists because of that. More so when they seemed to have abandoned their FA pages as well.
I've given multiple links to the artists pages, their original uploads on pixiv/twitter/FA/ect, and you have to push hard to get FA to remove the stolen art.

Nothing can or will be done about those two images unless the artists themselves report the problematic images.
The rest of the images have to do with bound up/tied up pokemon/sonic.
And the image from Beralin has been on FA since May this year, with multiple people having faved it
Why?
I've been told BY YOUR STAFF, if I'm not the artist/commissioner/owner of whatever if being uploaded without permission, I need to contact those who have their art/ect stolen.
Sometimes it's impossible because of YOUR SYSTEMS. Some people have their notes/shouts/comments turned off, and delete their notices so they don't see what's said. Some people just vanish off of the internet. Sometimes it's impossible to find the original artist/uploaded of an image because it's been plastered over the internet.
Some of your rules for being able to report people who break them are honestly a pain in the ass. I'll take a huge chunk of my day to track down the original artist/whatever to try to alert them of their stuff being uploaded/used without permission, but if they don't even look at what I send them then THE RULES WILL BASICALLY GET IN THE WAY.
I've had to give huge spiels before because I was reporting images that were uploaded without permission because the artist who did them was ONLY on pixiv, and didn't use FA in any shape/form because of language barriers.
The way the rules are, it's a pain in the ass trying to properly report anyone just because we're not the artist/commissioner/photographer/ect/ect/ect and I've seen people say before they didn't want to even try to do anything because of it taking much more effort than needed.
Just look into the damn thing.
