September feels like.. the return to tolerable temperatures, but it's also that very awkward time of the year where you never know how you should dress, because the temperature fluctuates up and down so much until november.
It's also when we start hearing about all kinds of fall-themed foods and drinks. I even already had my first pumpkin spiced drink last weekend. XD
September means going back to school. I haven't been to school in 13 years but I can't help associating that time with that.
September is a month of transition. Summer ends and Fall begins. Got to get in to see the last few shows in the concert series, and plan your fall events like festivals and conventions. It's a month of obligation as school starts and workplaces prepare strategies for the upcoming holiday season, which starts with Halloween in October. Lots of end-of-summer sales as places offload their seasonal inventory; get you some good deals for next year.
To me, it's always been a month about winding-down and preparing for Fall, as from October on things tend to be really condensed and everyone is busy.
Funny you should mention concerts, I got a pair of tickets to go see TWRP on the 21st. ¦3
And oh man, I wish I could shop for some cool colourful summer clothes but it feels like they've already switched everything over. They're so ruthless.
September 8th is my younger bro's bday, September 9th is my oldest bro's bday, September 10th is a friend of mine and Gonzo's bday, September 11th is my bro between me and the oldest bro's bday, and soon there will be my baby's bday, when she decides to come into this world
So September to me is birthdays and celebrations of life. Soft autumn colors, cooling of the seaons, and a general sense of impending holiday fun. Its the start of the cozy season, a time of snuggles and loves.
Fog will transform any dreary commute to work into a magical, moody trip.
And I don't know what it is about my road to work, but I'll go in and out of some huge clouds of fog, at times. It's really fun.
Got my first introduction to Airsoft planned on the 11th of the month! And of course BEGONE HEAT! Finally a cool breeze and no more melting while trying to sleep XwX
talking about that.
Here's the good, apple cider with pumpkins growing.
I like seeing the leaves on the tree start to change their colors.
It won't be so hot plus I think that day is my either grandma's or my grandfather's Birthday on my
mom's side of the family.
I'm just looking at September to be another peaceful year for me.
How about you what does September feels to you?

September also means that I can nerd about about this song. XD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gs069dndIYk
This is more specific to 2022 but this september I get to go see a band I like in concert. = 3=

That is what September feels like to me.
Your baby is almost here, this is kinda exciting!
That, and relief that I can actually go to sleep with more than one bedsheet without waking up in a puddle of my own sweat.
