• by paying invoices you agree you have read and understood my tos
**You may not uses my art in correspondence with AI generators: meaning you can not take any line art commission and have AI color it for you, things like that!**
• commissions will be done when they are done, usually no longer than a month
- time is normally two weeks but as of writing this art is not my priority
• I provide wips for approval and will make edits
• payment must be made before I begin
• I reserve the right to decline commissions
• refunds are given fairly and at my discretion
- usually if it is a generic adopt not a species of yours I may resell it and give you a full refund. Art I will be paid for time put in unless it is a rough sketch I can do as a ych
• I have visual impairments that prevent me from seeing right, this usually shows in the form of wonky anatomy, if I miss it just point it out! I’ll correct it for you no problem!
• I have poor communication skills and am forgetful, unmedicated adhd :,(;; I do my best though!

Adoptable Designs
• do not sell for more than you paid
- if it comes with purchased art you may add that to the total
• do not claim original art as yours
• edits may be made directly to image
• image may be reposted anywhere by the owner

General Art
• commissioner/recipient of image may post anywhere
• commissioner/recipient may crop, edit, use as icons etc
• image is not to be made into merchandise without talking to me about it
• do not claim art as yours

• ok any animal, humanoid, alien, monster
• ok attempt backgrounds, inorganic things like buildings are a struggle for me but I try
• ok mild suggestive art
• ok gore, violence, horror

• no pedo shit
• no explicit/sexual
