Is it because you use it to gauge how popular you are on a website, perhaps?

Well to be truthful it is not a gauge of how popular I am. If anything it makes me question why anyone would view me as popular. No, the reason it is of any big deal with me is that I promise myself that I would start sharing my drawings with eveyone that watch me and share a few of the nice drawings some artist have been nice to do of my fursona. So now that it has reach it, I have to get up off my hairy ass and get to work on sharing drawing with you all.

Now if I did care about being popular, I would use how how many are watching me over pageviews. But being popular does not matter to me. But ai am happy that so many like to drop by and see what I have here. Sadly, I have nothing to show them, but now I promise myself I would start so soon you and the others so nice to watch me will have to deal with my learning to draw, like I been meaning to do for years. So, now I got to get started. So if you want to safe your eyes and minds, now is the best time to un-watch before the bad art gets started.

While you guys left to take care of something or other, he came into the front room and laid down next to me and we just had a nice cuddling as I chatted on the phone to Altwaal.

Yes, that amaze me as well. But it does help that I watch many artist and try to leave a nice comment where ever I can. Helping many that are just starting out with kind words to keep them going to get better, to the ones that are good, even great in the fandom and always have something nice to say. I love many artist that do their own background and love to see what they place in them. Also, I been around for a long time, commenting on many an artist here long before they found their way to FA. So thank you for taking the time to comment on this journal.

I've noticed that many people on here tend to like to hear positive, encouraging comments whether it be on art, journals, just a small sliver of attention on shouts. There are so many users, so many voices to be heard that often-times some can get lost in the shuffle. Well you have a habit of looking for those people that go unnoticed or are looked over in favor of a more popular artist, groupie, etc. and I guess you are easy to befriend. You have an easy going nature so...that helps. So yes, people like you I guess because you give them attention.

So many good points my friend. I have seen that most artist want and need to hear something nice about their art. Many to improve others just to know they did something others are enjoying. Being all to human we all have a small or large need to hear from another about something we taken time to create. You are right, I do like to find new and up coming talent and watch them getting better over time. Some take years, other seem to get better in massive jumps right before one eyes. Its a wonderful thing to watch and behold. And if something I said from time to time helps someone keep trying and getting better, I am so proud to have been a small apart of that. Now my friend we will see if it comes back to me some as I soon take pen to paper and start to share my bad art with the world.
