Octransfur 2022 Commissions Auction
Update: Bidding has closed! I'm compiling the results, and I'll be making a post shortly about winners and the next steps. Thanks to everyone for bidding!
Octransfur is fast approaching, and since last year's auction went pretty well, I figured I'd do it again. I've made a few changes, but I'll be running it pretty much the same as last year's auction, apart from those small updates.
Anyhow, here it is, my Octransfur 2022 Auction (lightly edited from last year).
The idea here is that you'll be getting a TF based on the the day you pick-- you don't get too much direct input on what the transformation will be, but I'll give you 10 words to describe TF ideas that you think would go well with your prompt. That might not sound like enough, but that's part of the fun!
Also, you can let me know if you have any "do-not's" or triggers that I should avoid. No word limit on that. I don't want to make any of you uncomfortable.
Each slot/day is for one character, to receive a full-body TF. The starting bid for each day is $20.
The minimum increment for bids is $5, and bidding closes onSeptember 28th at 9 PM EST (Next Wednesday at 9 PM).
Edit (27 Sept): Bidding now closes on Thursday, September 29th at 9 PM due to Hurricane Ian. More info here.
I'll take the dozen or so days with the highest bids. Probably not too many more in the interest of my own sanity, but we'll see how it goes.
After bidding closes, I'll send out invoices to the winners. Payment is due the day before your slot-- if you can't pay, then the day goes to the next-highest bidder. It's okay to pay as soon as you receive the invoice, but it's not required.
Bid by leaving a comment below on the day you'd like to bid on. The prompts: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48893234/
I send invoices/take payment through PayPal invoice, so if you win, I will ask for an email where I can send the invoice. There will be a Google form to handle that. My other usual terms and conditions apply.
First off: You can only win one day. Feel free to bid for multiple days if you want, but you will be asked to choose just one if you win multiple. Keep this in mind when you bid. Be considerate.
Second: Just mentioning it since folks asked last year, but in case something goes wrong or wild (like someone bid sniping at the last second or bidding improperly), I'll handle it. Just reach out if you spot shenanigans going on.
Third: Some of these pictures will be in a Drawn Into Reality / Drawover style (click the link to see some examples)-- both for stylistic and practical reasons. You'll be able to let me know in the form if this is something you'd be interested in. I mostly use public domain photos, but if you have any of your own photos then I can try to work with those. No promises, though. This is Octransfur, after all~
If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch or leave a comment.
Note: For those of you new to auctions on this site, reply to the slot with SB to make the starting bid, and then reply to the highest bid to outbid them.
