Hello, I make this notice because I want you to understand that I am a human being like any of you!
I may not be expressing myself correctly here but I need a vent. Guys please, I have 3 people reminding me at least 2-3 times a week to rush me with their commissions.
If you are in a hurry please let me know SO I CAN GIVE YOU A REFUND, I do NOT do my work in a rush, I want every client to be satisfied for the money they invested in my work, there are people I owe commissions to 2-3 months ago and of course yes (because I have notified it in advance and I always try to respond and notify everything on time)
I am not going to refer much to things of my personal life, but I have moved to another continent and do you know the procedures and papers that I must do? Do you know the daily time and energy that this and my other 2 jobs consume? Guys please, I have no problem giving a refund if I'm taking too long for your commission, I'd rather pay the money back than have constant pressure that barely lets me sleep.
I am a human like you and I appreciate that you choose my work, i really appreciate it!, but next to you there are at least 15-20 clients who have also been waiting for their commissions (And I send wips whenever I can) And sometimes I can not move forward and leave 5- 6 commissions in WIP while I start another one, I like to be organized and leave as little as possible, these days I have been absent and probably 2 days a week I can't even connect because of the stressful rhythm I have.
It is not a victimization, it is not an excuse, I always take my responsibility ahead but really, if you are in a hurry, I prefer to return the money even if I have already given you WIPS or something, I am not here to be rushed with something that I do with love and dedication.
"I dress slowly if I'm in a hurry" My grandfather used to say.

Even artists deserve breaks! You should shut down commissions for awhile and take a little vacation! You deserve it for everything you’ve had to put up with! 💖 you know you’ll always have atleast 2 people waiting to buy from you when you come back!!
