Unfortunately they have seniority and are close to the boss and they’ll somehow spin the story to make the situation a lot lighter than it is, so I just have to endure if for now. But thanks for checking in for me bup:)

See if you can acquire proof of it and take it to your boss or HR and alert them to the toxic work environment (make sure you keep backups of it, whatever it is!). I’m so sorry you have to deal with it, and I hope you can reach a resolution!

Thanks for finding a solution bud, tho his way of talking sarcastically is normal for him and I can’t really change that, also it’s him finding very small mistakes in my work so it’s not like he can be found in the wrong for correcting them, although he didn’t have to make those remarks

It’s just I’m the newbie there and in some instances where I do make a mistake, I can hear them snickering behind, andin that place it’s kind of normal to make small remarks on each others mistakes (tho I tend to do small ones more as a new guy)

Yeah, let your boss or HR know about this right away. Don't let them gaslight or guilt trip you over. If they're making you miserable, then they're the ones to blame. Not you. If those higher than you do nothing about it, keep going up the chain of command until something is done about it. Preserve your mental health, man.

Should talk with your boss about that. Under no circumstances is that ok or should be tolerated in any compacity. There are rules in place in jobs for a reason. This is one of them and seniority don't mean shit if they're breaking working rules. Talk to your boss about it, but before you start talking, make sure to tell your boss that you "want this conversation recorded.". He/she will have no choice,but to comply and be serious as that is a serious rule for all management. If they don't comply, then they're the ones that will be in trouble with their boss(es). This is from my Introduction to Business and Management class I took in college. It was online, but it explains a lot of stuff. Especially what people who call themselves managers do. One of the many things I learned is that verbal talk don't do shit in work place. You have to get this stuff down in writing. Once it's in writing, they can't deny that what happened didn't happen nor was it not resolved. If both the manager and HR don't do anything, within 7 business days, or make a false report about your situation, you need to get to their bosses and let them know. If they give you a hard time about your voice being heard, then they're fully guilty of what they done and will never admit them being wrong. You might need to find another company that doesn't treat any of their employees like shit and make the work place safe and fair for all. By the way, what they're doing is not coaching. It's straight up bullying, being assholes for the sake of it, and being extremely unprofessional in the work place. Don't let them just walk all over you. As long as you did your part in letting your voice being heard, within the guidelines, then you did good. And it shows what kind of company they're running. Hope you feel better and good luck getting those major issue(s) resolved. Karma's a bitch. It will come back on them one day.
