since the whole copyrights, trademark and plagerism bs idk if ppl are even doing inktober anymore
The court dropped the plagiarism lawsuit against Parker a few months ago, and the copyright/trademark only applies to selling "Inktober" branded merchandise, so hopefully people will start up again.
