One word: WHY???? I mean honestly. Today I was forced to download the new messenger and I think it sucks. I mean the layout is all screwy, it tries to make you group your contacts up when offline and online does that perfectly well enough. Also, whats with the new colour coding of the status'? I mean the little symbols worked well, you didnt need to know the program, it was universal, now i have to learn a bloody colour code to know what the hell it is going on about. It also wanted me to download a load of junk along with it. I miss the old days when you just got the program you wanted/needed without the fancy gimmicks that you get now far too often. But then that was probably because they knew they couldn’t, thanks to the slow speed of dial up. Ahhh the good old day *reminisces*
