TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. COMMISSION SLOTS
- Getting a slot means that the idea is accepted for moving to starting step (commission starts when the money is received). Taking a slot is a preliminary purchase decision, so it can be cancelled by having a good reason for that (for example financial problems). After the starting money has been received, the commission starts (check the part 6. "REFUNDING"). Artist keeps rights for changes before the starting money is received and if the client doesn't accept the deal, then the slot can be cancelled. Client can't claim the same slot in line back afterwards if the commission is already cancelled.
2. PRICING
- The commission starts by paying the price. After that artist is able to share in-progress content like sketches and plans. However, the whole pic will be given to the client when the artist has received the whole sum.
3. PROCESS PICS
- Process pics and references are owned by artist and client is not allowed to share them to others.
4. FINISHED PICS
- Finished pics are owned by artist. Client has rights to use pictures but not permitted to sell them (for example as prints). Smallsized pics are okay for sharing and posting to sites like FurAffinity and Bluesky. Full-resolution pics are not for sharing, unless client wants to do a print about it, for personal purposes. Artist keeps rights for their own pics to use them as templates for future projects and commissions (check the part 9.)
- Posting my art to deviantArt and other sites with unfair terms and conditions is strictly forbidden (ones which uses art for AI learning or selling art)
5. CHECKPOINTS, FIXES, REFERENCES AND ARTISTIC FREEDOM
- There are normally 1-2 checkpoints during the process (sharing sketch or so). However, artistic freedom is required for the process. Client has to make sure to give the most exact reference pics and most correct info about their commission idea during beginning. Changing things a lot in the middle of the process might add extra charge.
6. REFUNDING
- No refunding from started or finished works
- Artist keeps the right to cancel the commission anytime if they consider that conditions have been broken by the client (The whole sum will be refunded)
- The possibly started work goes to other use (whether to be sold as an YCH-commission template or artist's personal use)
- Refunded client might get blacklisted if the offense is severe.
7. COMMERCIAL USE AND LICENSING
- All commissions are for non-commercial purposes only. KUVASTO however can sell licenses for public/commercial use which need to be done through their website (in Finland) or through KUVASTO’s sister societies when abroad (part 14.). Artist can give more info. Use of licensed works still have to respect artist’s rights
- Getting expanded or full ownership rights to commissioned work always requires a signed agreement between the client and artist
- Patreon works (and similar like Gumroad) are not licenses but copies. Copies of works are not allowed to use against copyright laws nor publicly in any way. Artist keep rights to ALL their works no matter where or when they are published/posted
8. ART-TRADES AND COLLABS
- Artist keeps rights for use and selling high resolution artworks for example on Patreon and on Patreon archive packs
9. ART DRAWN BY ARTIST IN OVERALL
- Artist keeps rights to all their content and reusing it the way they like, for both profit and non-profit use (for example personal use, patreon projects, YCHs, prints, games, movies, package graphics, DVDs, digital products etc.)
10. ABOUT PAYING METHODS
- Any pornographic information of the art on a paypal transaction or any paypal-related documents will lead to instant refund and blacklisting. This would put my paypal account and income at risk
- Artist might use also a different method/service to send the invoice if seeing that necessary
11. PERSONAL COMMISSIONS
- Artist doesn't take personal commissions (meaning projects which artist would not be allowed to post anywhere)
12. COMMON MORALE AND THINGS ARTIST DOESN'T ACCEPT NOR SUPPORT
- Artist doesn't use NFTs
- Artist doesn't support posting on deviantART.com and Twitter/X (nor other sites with unacceptable terms and conditions)
- Artist is against all kind of art thefts and piratism
- Artist doesn't accept posting or editing their art by others without permission
- Artist doesn't accept their art be used for derivative works nor machine learning
- Artist keeps right to protect their work against piratism and AI scraping without notice, even if that would affect to image quality.
13. TOPICS RELATED TO GENERATIVE AI
- Artist follows FurAffinity upload policy (see part 2.13. https://www.furaffinity.net/aup) and EU's AI Act regulations
- Posting my art to deviantArt and other sites with unfair terms and conditions is strictly forbidden (ones which uses art for Al learning or selling art). Doing so might lead to blocking, blacklisting or more serious actions (like crime report or legal actions). All evidence will be saved for further inspection.
- Artist doesn't accept their art being used in NFTs nor in Al learning: You are not allowed to make Al generated
pictures using my art as base nor do trainmodels to do art with artist’s art style intentionally
- Artist prefer not to use reference pics (during commission/collab/art-trade process) which are AI generated
- Client agrees to respect FurAffinity's upload policy (see part 2.13. https://www.furaffinity.net/aup) and be transparent about pics in their gallery. Artist doesn't hesitate to report any suspicious posts
14. COPYRIGHT AND KUVASTO
- Artist (Jugg4) is a registered member of KUVASTO which is a sister society of Artists Rights Society NY (USA), VG Bild-Kunst (Germany) and many more which form a global network (complete list of societies can be found on Artists Rights Society website). They operate with other organizations as well and together have a big role in regulations and how international laws in creative field are being developed. For example in Finland KUVASTO collaborate seamlessly with Education and Culture Ministry
- KUVASTO is a copyright manager organization for visual artists in Finland. They also monitor other rights of artists, like moral and respection rights. It doesn’t matter where or when artist’s images are posted/shared, they are always artist’s property. In May 2025 KUVASTO also expanded their monitoring area to AI trainmodels
- Artist is ALWAYS a rightholder of his works. If someone want to do for example a copy of artist’s work, they need always a permission of artist, no matter is it traditional or digital media being used. KUVASTO (and its sister societies) also monitor possible crimes like copyright infringement and art forgery when misuse/infringements are intentional or obscenely negligent
- Copyright is valid for 70 years after artist’s death in EU and 50 years outside EU. After artist’s death the rightholder of their works will be their closest relatives
ART THEMES AND CONTENT:

- most of animal species, humans, average/normal sized characters, hyper muscles and bodyparts, obese and hyperfat characters, musclegrowth sequences, weightgain sequences, comics, multiple character scenes, all character genders, fetishes, gryphons, eagles and hawks, dragons and reptilians, macros, landscape art, human genitals, horse genitals, Digimons, anthro aliens, inflation
ARTIST DOESN’T ACCEPT:
- gore, violence, strangest fetishes, underaged characters, far too overripped muscles (clear striations and crevices), insect anthros, NSFW ferals, reptilian genitals, canine genitals
If the theme is not on the list but the artist doesn't feel comfortable with it, they don't have to accept it.
