I realize that I didn't explain the whole situation, what my situation was, and it seems mean of me not to explain what most of it went for (I still haven't reached the amount of money I need, but it helped pay off some debt).
My mom inherited land, but no one owned it for 13 years, after my grandfather died. During that period, quite a lot of debt has accumulated...I'll probably say it crudely, but my mom got a dead man's debt, since the land didn't have an owner for 13 years. The worst thing is that this debt cannot be disputed, and I will say right away that it is not my grandfather's fault, as he has always paid taxes.
