Yeah, I suppose Fox&Miyu in Star Fox 2 is non-canon unless it gets confirmed by someone. I mentioned only Fara and Krystal because they are canon (Fara only appeared in comic and I don't know if she is considered canon character in games but still). Miyu is cute though I agree.

By saying that Fara is canon I meant that at least she appeared in some official Nintendo stuff and her relationship with Fox isn't completely fan-created.

Well, Krystal is surely canon because she appeared in official canon Star Fox games. Even though she was supposed to appear in another game originally, she became canon character of Star Fox series and there can be no questions about that I think.

I see, thanks! Though honestly the idea that their legs were amputated and replaced with robotic limbs sounds rather creepy to me. As well as the thought that after Krystal joined Star Fox her legs were amputated too. I really prefer them having normal legs.

The artwork in the comic was nice for sure! Though I don't like Fara's design very much, so I changed her appearance a bit in my own artwork (mainly by giving her hair LOL)

Yeah, the fact that Fara was almost exact copy of his mother (especially in a dress) was a bit weird to be honest.

Somehow, I want to believe that was just a weird translation from the original Japanese. There were some differences, however, considering that Fara is a fennec and Fox's mother Vixy Reinard was a red fox. Granted, the one clone of Andross thought that Fara was Fox's mother, too. Still, while they look alike, they're still two different species of fox.

Maybe. People say that Japanese version of Star Fox Command's story is different too.
I like Fara as a character but that mother/dress scene was rather... let's say awkward.
