Like multiple eyes, tentacles, unique mouths with many teeth, extra bits where they probably shouldn't be, monsters of unspeakable nature, real cool looking creatures of horror.

You obviously have the freedom to do whatever, but heres one of my eldritch characters for an example: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/37727683/

Its like normal creatures that have been corrupted/altered in some way.
