Firefox and Brave.
Firefox I use for most things but it struggles with a couple key websites.
Brave is just Chrome minus Google which is a HUGE improvement. Not as good as Firefox IMO but it handles the websites that firefox struggles with.
Vivaldi is pretty cool if you're insistent on something chromium based
Chrome is too Google
Edge is too Microsoft
Brave has weird crypto bullshit integrated
Opera is made by a Chinese company now
Safari is a joke
Mobile Bonus round:
If you're on iOS, it doesn't matter, everything is just Safari with a skin on top as per Apple's rules
If you're on Android, pretty much everything up above holds true, but Firefox, Brave and Vivaldi all support adblocking on mobile. (At least for now)
*Anything chromium based is going to have a questionable time going forward with the whole Manifest V3 thing in January.
I use Chrome, Firefox and Opera GX. Usually I use Chrome for any sort of professional stuff, Firefox for general purpose. Opera GX for furry stuff/porn.
I'm likely going to swap out Chrome for Brave when Manifest V3 hits since it seems like they're trying to prevent adblockers from working.
I use chrome for youtube and such though

Chrome on my phone and tablet!
I never felt the need to change.
For extra privacy I use Firefox with the "arkenfox user.js"
Firefox for my Tablet and PC
and edge for Youtube Web App
