Update to wtf package bullshit.

So here's what's going on officially...
Here's what the post office pretty much had to say:
The package was mis delivered by the carrier, and the person who received it never signed for it, it was left on their doorstep. Two days later (as it was a weekend), the person dropped off the package at a local post office and left it on the counter. They said it wasn't theirs.
The post office then scanned it's tracking number, saw it had been 'delivered' and assumed god knows what. They then threw it on a giant truck to be returned to sender.
It's driving to newegg as we speak.
It sat at the other local post office for over a day.
All while the one I'd been speaking to had no updates on the tracking information. If I had KNOWN that the package was 2 miles from my house, I would/could have gone and gotten it.
Fuck.
So I contacted newegg today to let them know wtf was going on, as they were both clueless (because they would have had to call a thousand ppl to find out wtf was going on themselves), and hadn't started their investigation yet. (Takes 5- 7 business days)
They said it would be fastest to do a return on the order, rather than replace it, and then reorder it with expedited shipping.
I asked if I could avoid shipping it through the same carriers/post office. They gave me next day air, UPS. Huzzah.
I was refunded the previous shipping costs.
I should have my parts by Tues at the latest, but probably Monday afternoon.
Boy howdy.
>_< The end, or to be continued....?

FA+

So free next day air aint bad. But still, I would have had it over a week ago - so the money isnt exactly well spent as if I had gotten it on time - it would have been better lol.
so the shipping should only take 1 to 4 weeks... It never arrived.
I waited a whole month to learn that the guy never shipped the darn thing!
I had to order it again, I even paid extra for the fast shipping because I was tired of waiting.
MY DESTINY IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH LEGAL COUNSEL! At a low, nominal rate. Probably.
Anyways, I hope you finally get your package!
"You can't have this package, son!"
"But why, dad?"
"Because, I just found out I'm gay, now go to your room."
