Has anyone in the main cast besides Mink met a dragon in S4S?

Probably all of the faction lords have seen one, Ace has seen one, and probably a few other high ranking individuals.
Some nobles have met other mythos types.

Also the second in command to the diamond faction, who i haven't introduced yet, he's a dragon, but he was born without any magic, so he doesn't get to play "in the reindeer games" of the other Mythos. So many would say that he doesn't count since he has no magic.

Is Cobalts Step Dad? Not a dragon. Sure looked the part and would explain the whole mealticket comment.

What's the duties of Club slaves anyway, aside from training constantly?

They provide a lot of sports/game entertainment for visiting nobles. Many fights and contests are held. They also help with construction and building of things in the compound. Mostly the manual labor parts.

what got you started/wanting to start making your comic?

I just started drawing comics one day when I was 13. I’d show then to my friends and it just snowballed from there. I liked showing them to people and seeiing if my art/story could elicit an emotional response or if they understood what Itje story was about.

I drew comics instead of paying attention in school. XD

How often do faction lords interact with/ command the other faction leaders at other sites? Is it like a higher ranking person coming to visit, where their orders *can* supersede the local leader, but usually don't because of respect?

They correspond usually through the internet, but visits do happen. Usually once a year for each site.

That’s where Spade is currently. He’s visiting one of the satellite compounds.

And yes, the faction lords there usually have to follow what the main lord says, tho in Spades current case, it probably also has to be approved by his grandfather before any changes to a satellite compound take effect.

Do new masters go through sub training as well?

Yes, every Dom has gone through slave training.

It’s so they can better understand what it feels like from the slaves point of view and become better Doms as a result.

The Doms also take time out to submit to other Doms. So the faction lords submit to each other I think once a month is the minimum and atleast once a year they have to submit to each lord. For example, spade usually submits to lady heart. And hardly ever submits to lady diamond. But he does so once a year.
The other Doms submit too, to someone of equal or higher status than themselves.

Interesting, I wouldn't mind seeing more of doms submitting~

What is the dynamic of the spade faction? Haven't fully grasped it yet. I know heart is quirky, fun, and lustful, diamond is elegance, discipline, and knowledge, club is strength, but unsure about spade

I’ve figured it out as a scale of discipline vs. freedom and then group vs. individual.

Discipline would be a lot of structure.

Freedom would be a slaves choice on how much/how little structure they want.

Individual- the individual slave is focused on and worked with each slave chooses their own path.

Group- The slave follows along with the group and learns through social dynamics and gets to feel the closeness of people all on the same path as them. Everyone gets the same lessons.



Diamond would be disciplined individuals,
club is disciplined group,
heart is freedom group, and
spade is freedom individual.

A follow up to the dragon question up top, what kinda luck did Cobalt's mom get to end up dating a dragon after Cobalt's dad?? Dragons seem like kinda a big deal after all.

And since I totally did not re-read the first chapter to make sure I didnt imagine Cobalt's cute half-brother---- What happened to those slaves who failed the test of walking into the compound? They were tranq'd and I can assume their owner punished them, but idk it seems like more probably happened?

The question I first thought of though: What options do slaves get if they find themselves in a faction they don't enjoy? I suppose as a slave you don't get a choice on who buys you and I guess the owners picked slaves by the look of them for their own purposes/to suit their faction.... but what if someone just really really doesn't fit? Does that happen? Outside of what Spades faction is currently doing I mean. Is that an option for other faction slaves?

Cobalts mom got selected for the breeding program. Recently it was discovered that foxes have a slightly higher chance of yielding magical offspring. So that was the hope there.

We won’t know what happened until Cobalt visits her again.

The slaves who fail “the walk” are tranquilized and have their memories wiped then they get sold at auction and trained again by a different dominant. If that fails, they have their memories wiped and they get re-released back where they came from. With either a “you were in an accident and forgot x amount of time” or “you got really into drugs and forgot x amount of time” or something similar. It doesn’t happen too often.

If the slave is not flourishing in the faction they are in, they can be transferred to another one.

The contest between the factions is seen as a friendly contest. Sort of more like Harry Potter houses than sworn rivals.

I just made it up cause I thought it looked cool. And I like the circle shape cause I think I stand out.

If I had a sona it would be something that morphs between two species. A cream shiba inu and a blue dragon. So my sona, depending on how I’m feeling is something between those two species. The icon is full blue dragon tho.

Who exactly descides wich person becomes a slave for the compound?

There is an IT department in the compound that keeps tabs on potential slaves. Once they turn 18, they can be taken to the compound.

Others aren’t on the radar but get found by former compound slaves. They have jobs out in the world and they notice someone who is going no where or failing or unhappy in their life, so they contact the IT department and they do a deep dive in that persons history and see if they would make a good candidate.

Havoc got caught cause he talked to a therapist. The therapist was a former compound slave.

Cobalt talked directly to the IT staff when he RP’d on that website. Part of that is to see “will this person follow the order of a stranger”

Then the IT faction calls the hunters, the 2 man teams that go and “kidnap” the future slaves to be sent to auction.

Mostly Kharl, head of the medical faction, has been working a lot with biological science and has engineered an injection that pauses what age you currently are. So a once a year injection can keep you at the same age as long as you keep the shot up. It basically clones the current year. It got perfected around the time that spade became a faction lord.

Faction lords now get the shot once a year for as long as they are faction lords which, the factions hope will increase their ability to lead because they will no longer feel the ravages of time. They get these shots for free

Spades grandfather (who I call Gspade) is also buying his shot once a year so he can enjoy his retirement with Ace once Ace returns to Gspade.

I especially wonder how you did to start a story so well and how you do forever continued beyond the simple happiness that you bring to your readers and money (if that's a reason). I've been thinking about doing comics for several years now or just writing and I do them for staff but every time I want to start drawing or seriously continue to do boards I get discouraged by the complexity and also by the desire to have fun. is that your fuel?^^' (I apologize for any mistakes or errors in writing... I am French and as much as I can read English, I don't know how to write or speak it correctly)

A lot of my fuel comes from fan engagement. Especially comments. I love page comments. It’s my reward. (Besides the money. Money is nice and it lets me draw more. I would love to do this full time and be able to support myself)

I also just have to draw comics. It’s a compulsion. XD

I don’t really story board anything. I sometimes have no idea what’s going to happen on the page until I draw it. I have a lose idea of the main plot and try to steer it in the direction I want it to go in.

You can’t volunteer. You get chosen.

Usually if you are unhappy in life and are spiriting out of control or are about to be. And you want to really be a better person you just need that support, then they will find you.

Most passion projects start as something you do just for you, but I assume you had some other motive as well.

IE: Is there a specific lesson that the over all story is trying to teach or convey? Or is it just a fun horny romp through the D/s life style? :3

I had no idea I would be drawing this particular comic for the is long. It’s definitely grown and changed in ways I did not expect. It’s been a lot of fun so far.

I think I just like the idea of rehabilitation through the use of kink. I think it’s absolute acceptance of a human as a whole and the personalized structure can really help a person.

I know it helped me in RL a lot and helped me become the person I am today. So I wanted to share that thought.

And good on you for doing so. ^^

There are 10 slave positions and then whatever other personalized positions that the Dom and slave work out together.

I’ll do a drawing sometime. They are based after some slave positions I found and then practiced with other slaves.

In the world of S4S, what exactly is magic? As in what kind of things can be done with it? Have you designed an entire system for it?

Not yet. The Magic that the Mythos practice is dying out. A lot of it would be elemental and nature magic. To shape and form the world around them and to hold command over the elements. In ages past, each mythos reigned over different lands and fought each other. They are immortal but can die in combat but they have very low breeding rates. So all the conflict whittled down their numbers and eventually they had to mate with the “lower species” which evolved from a separate astrological event.

There’s a holiday called star fall I’ll talk about later in the comic that explains this stuff.

The idea for a slave compound came partially from another comic i was drawing at the time and from a dream I had one night.

In the dream I was in one of the transports and I was with a few other people and they were freaking out a bit, but I was excited because I knew we were waiting for our master to come and the dream ended as the door opened. XD

After Cobalt scened with Spade, Fen Fen had to preform aftercare protocol medium which lasted 5 days. Recently I have grown curious about the other aftercare protocols, what they entail, what warrants each tier of aftercare, how long each program lasts. Could you shed some light onto the matter?

So aftercare is healing/recovery that takes place after a scene. You can go to great emotional and physical heights during a scene. The aftercare brings you back to a base point and reinforces that you are loved and cared for.

A light aftercare is snacks and cuddles and nice words, no impact broke the skin, no blood flowed, no mental walls were pushed. So 1-2 days of skin care and one more day for mental care. The slave is pretty okay.

Medium care is everything from light care, but the skin broke, blood flowed, something could be torn or sprained, mental walls were pushed, more wound dressing, longer time spent healing

Heavy would be a mind break, or a broken bone or body modification.

Like the scene where Ace ritualistically removed and presented his dick to GSpade would be an example of a scene that needed heavy aftercare.

There has been mention of satellite compounds. How many are there? Are they just mirrors of the main one? Also with Spades being so short staffed how are they being represented in the satellites.

I’m not sure how many satellite compounds there are.

The rest of the spade faction is housed at the Satellite compounds or they retired when our current spade became a Faction Lord.

They are smaller compounds in different countries that are owned by that faction. So they are single faction compounds.
