Good luck finding an artist! I think you would get better recommendations with a more transparent budget range other than “reasonable.” That’s a very subjective word.

I’m honored to be one of your two. I’d work within your budget myself but I’m so bogged down with trying to adjust my living situation and organize my chaos, plus my own artworks still in progress, I couldn’t possibly take it on without being like “Uuuuhhh…You’re probably gonna have to wait until after Jan 1st.” 😫

That being said—- my friend CadmiumTea does incredible work and could probably work with your budget too. He’s priced like me, in the upper range, but he opens for commissions like once a month.

There’s also my friend JAMEArts who has a very toonish style but would definitely enjoy doing a maid outfit on your character. He’ll also be within your budget, but he’s very high demand, so when he opens for commissions at the beginning of each month, he does his choice among the applications he takes.

Those are my first two names, as they are my closest colleagues/chums in the art world. They’re great guys, both of them. If you pick one, tell them Sunny sent ya. If you want me to keep tossing names out, I will, and I’ll get back to ya.
