So yeah by the title I changed the character entirely... he is human now but not a bad idea human character for his personality.

He is a show off kinda with good looks and is most likely look like those dream guys with mid long brown hair and a shave beard, bit over dramatic sometimes and is the guy who knows the city like Luis from Resident Evil 4 by appearence to the new look in remake except differently and cyberpunkish outfit and has a mexican tone of voice. He is not jacked but is ripped and decent body strength but is athletic and stealthy. Carlos has a secret crush with ZoeT.
