Payment
- Payment only accepted in USD via digital methods. (Venmo, Paypal, Etc.) Very rarely there may be exceptions.
- Payment is due up front, in full, unless otherwise stated. Payment plans may be available on high value orders but work will not begin until most or all is paid.
- While tips aren't required by any means, they do make my day and I am always happy to have an easier time making ends meet.

Cancels and Refunds
- I shouldn't have to say this but don't spend money on art if you can't afford it. I hardly make ends meet so I will not be able to do refunds of any amount short notice. I am not a bank.
- I do not offer full refunds once the art has been started. If you cancel once I've started, you will only be given a partial refund and the work done thus far will be repurposed into a YCH/Personal Art/Etc. If you cancel you do not retain ownership over the work you decided you didn't want no matter your reason for cancelling.
- If I, the artist, am not able to complete your work for any reason, I will provide a full refund. In the event I cannot finish something to its completion, I rarely may be able to give the completed portion and a fair partial refund so that you may finish it or have it finished by another artist.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order I feel the need to. I am not required to give a reason.

Ownership, Reposting, and Merchandising
- As the artist, I reserve the right to post/upload the art anywhere I see fit unless the commission being private is agreed upon in the ordering phase.
- Commissioners are expected to link back to the artist via most relevant account when sharing on social media.
- No one is allowed to edit my artwork aside from cropping to use for headers/icons. If you'd like to commission an edit to your previous art from me, or get permission to edit or get a friend to edit discuss it with me via DMs first.
- You may print my art in whatever fashion you want for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you want to get artwork for commercial use we must discuss it before hand and you will be required to pay a premium and sign a contract.
- You may use character designs purchased from me in any non-commercial way you'd like.
- No one is permitted to use my artwork for NFTs/Crypto/etc. My passion is not for your scam.

Turnaround Time
- As a physically and mentally disabled artist I am not able to give exact timeframes. I'd like to get most work done and back to you in a week or two. If my health does not allow it to be so, art may take a month or two to be completed.
- Deadlines must be discussed before payment. If after payment you realize you need it done by a certain time, DM me immediately and we will see what we can do. Short term deadlines will cost you a premium.
- PLEASE NOTE: if i am unwell and you are too impatient to wait for your order, cancelling will not get you an immediate refund. If I am too ill to draw, I am too ill to have the income to spare so you will still be waiting for something.

WIPs and Edits
- You may request work in progress shots but they are not provided by default.
- Minor edits can be made at any point in the process.
- Major edits may not be available in later stages and will usually cost a small fee.
- Any details not included when you order will be up to artist's interpretation. Being vague in your order will not excuse you from fees if you want major edits because of this.
- Do not hound me for WIPs if I am not at home/haven't started your order yet/any other reason I may be unable to access my computer.
