People there don't know the meaning of "touching grass". The moment there's even an hint of controversy they just HAVE to have a 'hot take' as fuel for the fire. They rush to illogical and ill-informed conclusion and then move on with little regards for the damage caused.

I only use Twitter to stay in touch with art and video game developments. Curated my feed to be 80% memes and artist posts.

Why would you want to change your acccount/username? Is there an important reason behind it? If yes, then I'd keep the new account/name.
If there's not really a hefty reason behind the acc/name change, I'd keep the one people know me the most on or whichever I liked the most. Being consistent with it is important, though; I'da void changing it again in the future.

I'm still here, but I followed you over on aspeneyes as well in case you decide to make the move. You do what you gotta do, I'll keep an eye out for your art on my feed either way!

I think both work! Having the same name as twitter will help followers from there find you more easily, but if you already have a place for links, vekke works just as well I think! Aspeneyes is how I remember you moreso, but that's because it's the name of your shop too I believe and I have a bunch of pins from there LOL.
I moved from twitter for the same reason, it's a much calmer time here :'] I'm excited to be able to see your art more regularly again!!

Depends if you want the brand consistency really, I'd just stay where the watches are and make it clear on your other account that this where you come for new arts.

Alternately you could use Vekke as a personal account and make it clear commissions are over on ASpenEyes (ie, still announce them here but link over to the other account). This is my personal account and I just keep all my commission stuff over on zambuka (I should probably actually log in and check over there... eeeeeh). I know you as Aspen but it doesn't take too much to work out the two accounts are the same person given how distinctive your style is.
