I didn't know how significant Constantinople was to Europe at the time until the documentary.
it's more around the military aspect of the siege, but it was enlightening. I really like this channel as it covers the pike and shot era.
Though for me, it tends to be War history and Military. One topic I like to study a lot is the Sengoku Jidai (The Japanese Warring States period)
One thing about history though, it is not always as simple as the Classrooms make it feel.
