TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I wont start sketching before I've received the payment.
You do not have to pay while waiting in the slot queue, just before I begin to draw for you.

Taking a slot is a preliminary purchase decision, canceling a slot without proper reason, may lead to a ban from all future commissions.

NO Refunds. Considered ONLY in very extreme situations. Do not pay me if you are unsure about your financial situation.
You do not have the right to cancel an online purchase when the goods are made to order: Goods manufactured or modified in accordance with your requirements, or that are clearly adapted to your personal needs, such as an art commission drawn/painted to your specific desire.
The artist holds the right to cancel the commission if they consider that conditions have been broken by the client: The whole sum will be then refunded or the sum minused the taxes and work hours put into the art piece. Note that I can only refund the money within 14 days from the purchase.
I reverse the right to use unfinished commissions as a YCH- base to recoup losses.

The artist has the right to refuse any slot requests for any reason.
Please have the picture idea ready, I won't get paid planning with you.
Please provide all references during the initial sketch phase of the commission. After this point, any changes will carry an extra charge.
If you spot any mistakes during the work or things that have been missed, please let me know and they will be corrected.

Process pics and references are owned by the artist and client is not allowed to share them to others without permission.
I hold the right to post any WIP- pics and the finished pieces in full resolution to my social medias, Patreon, Gumroad etc. If you are ordering a surprise gift and don't want it to be posted before a certain date, please let me know.
I post images during peak hours for social media, I will tag you to them if you so wish.

I don't take AI generated pictures for references, unless they are generated with an ethically trained AI and has the CR tag: "Content Credentials", symbol of transparency, which shows the content's origin and the tools made to create it.
Most AIs are trained with stolen content, so I cannot accept something as reference that was taken from other artists without consent.

Artists doesn't accept their art being used in NFTs nor in AI learning:
You are not allowed to make AI generated pictures using my art as base.

You're not allowed to sell or print the picture for commercial purposes, only private.
The artist has the right to utilize any and all images and derivative images paid for or commissioned by the customer for future profit and/or sale. This includes annual collections, art books, art CDs/DVDs, Comics, Portfolios, Prints, etc.
The artist reserves the right to use any poses or themes used in commissioned work to produce YCHs.
Full rez files are yours to do with as you please but I request that you keep the full rez private. Sharing with friends privately is fine! Just don't post the print quality version on FA/etc because I will likely offer prints of the piece in the future, or include it for sale in my hi-rez art packs.

Any information about the pornographic nature of the art on a payment transaction or any payment-related documents, will result in an instant refund, loss of slot and commission privileges, and ban from all future commissions, auctions, and online transactions.
This could put my payment account and all my funding and income at risk.
