Health Update: Cause UNKNOWN

This is aggravating.
So I had blood taken for lab tests on the 2nd. I was told it'd take a day. I call on the 4th, which was friday, and then I'm told that the doctor isn't there, wait for the nurse or doctor to call me back monday. Monday comes. No call. So I call them again. "Wait for the nurse or doctor to call you back later today". No call. Tuesday: I call them again, "We'll write a note down and pass it to the nurse or doctor so that they can call you back later today." It's closing hours. No call. So I call them again. "Oh, I see the note was never taken to them. We'll make sure the note is passed on to the nurse or doctor so that they can call you back." Wednesday. I decide to call to set up an appointment cuz clearly not only the doctor or his nurse is not showing up, one of the operators isn't doing shit either. "The earliest available slot for an appointment is in December" Like what!? How the fuck am I supposed to get the results? I can't be stuck on muscle relaxants for the whole month.
So I asked how am I supposed to get the lab results. "Oh we'll just call you back. Oh I see there's a note on the desk about that. We'll call you back."
Thanks to the meds, I wasn't able to stay awake when they DID call back this time. My dad got the call, and told me the following:
My blood is normal. Cholesterol is OK. White blood cells OK. Red blood cells OK. Sugar levels OK.
But there is absolutely no mention of the two things the test was done for: to see if there is an electrolyte or potassium imbalance.
Fucking great. A week down the drain and we're no closer to figuring out the cause. And I'm not sure to either go back myself to get them to double check or to simply go to another medical center other than that urgent care place.
80 bucks down the drain on the back of incomplete information.
Until then it's back to self care. And yes the cramps are still there.

FA+

I swear if I had the $$$ I'd be suing the fuck out of them for this. But for now all I can really do is call them again, among a few other things, get results and never go back there, especially for a blood test.
