Anyone make custom plushies?

Did my best scouring the Internet for a certain vintage plush but there's just simply none to be had. I'm wondering if I can commission someone to make one for me and how much something like that would cost.

This is what I'm looking for
he is so perfect and I need him.

Oh my heem is cute! I have worked with TigerMoonn on etsy for a custom plushie, might be a bit expensive depending on the size with a bit of a wait.

I just looked into them, their quality is super super nice!! Unfortunately their tos states you have to own the character/design, and while I don't mind if the plushie isn't exact, in fact I'd prefer him with the only colour being his back spikes, I don't think that he'll fly for being 'mine'. I will, however, keep that artist in mind when I want to get a plushie of my sona. Which I absolutely do. <3

scragster is pretty good as they have a variety of plush styles. Also the plush you want reminds me a lot of their dino nugget plush they sell on their etsy so maybe even an altered version of that could be used as a base pattern for it idk

Oh my goodness, I follow their shop on etsy! Definitely someone to look into, though I don't think this guy fits any of their plush examples on their site I might email about it just to see.
