Yes, it's like Tumblr, only without the dumbass limits against NSFW. Can't post the truly illegal stuff, of course, but that's not an issue for most NSFW artists.

Genuine question, what's the difference between PF and something like Tumblr? Is it mainly just the porn ban on Tumblr?

Yes, the main reason many people was left Tumblr is the removal of porn, which was quite upsetting that it happened overnight. But I think it's mainly about the bad moderator bot from the start which even marks pictures as porn, and makes accounts hidden, that has nothing to do with it. PillowFort doesn't have any kind of bots to ruin things.

And after two years, Tumblr has apparently regretted its decision and wants to bring back "nudity" and such mild things, which is a pretty pathetic move. And I don't trust that website anymore, I don't care what they're trying to do.
