A poll of commissioners/interested clientele !!

Hello everyone! Thank you for coming to read.
I wanted to ask you all your preference on how you'd like to get commissions.
For my own energy and state of mind/focus, it's easiest for me to be able to stream commissions (which is why I have added to my commission terms that I wont post/will leave something anonymous if asked, but must be able to stream commissions)
However I know not everyone is able to make it to streams either as early as I start them ( 10:30AM PST in most cases), which locks out a good amount of people from being able to commission me if they want to.
I dont have the in-stream foot traffic to require raffles for spots so as is it's first come first serve with the exception of those who submit commission forms through Google forms, though it's not often used.
I have some ideas. Would you prefer:
Google forms (seen here: https://forms.gle/KbBgvEr25JYLYyUe6 ), but just think they need to be more obviously announced
or
A monthly journal of slots to take/work on between in-stream slots with the journal being barred from people who are regularly in stream (Mondays and thursdays for in-stream slots, Tuesday and Friday for journal slots)
Comment below which you prefer and if there's an alternate route you might even suggest! Having an email open and available for anyone anytime is essentially the point of the forms which is why I dont have that as an option.

I think my utopian commission process would be regular streams with mixed FCFS/raffled slots for in-stream comms, and then a monthly journal of slots that are open for a day or two and then you pick your preference from submissions.
I know some people happen to have the morning or work-from-home desktop stream luxury that some folks cant have on their phone ( because lets be honest, picarto phone app be lacking sometimes ), so both trying to get for in-stream slots or journal slots might be a gamble for some people when it comes to timing. My solution to that was the google forms but not a lot of people have been using them and like you said, sometimes the comm you want might be a bit more complex than a few sentences.
