Opening commissions Dec 1st + Updates on slots

So this is an advanced heads up i suppose that commissions proper will open on december 1st through forms. As usual the form will remain open for a few days so you can fill those in at your leisure

On that note, some things to be aware of in advance:
1. 50% of slots at the least will be reserved for people not included in the past commission round. I want to give people as much chance as possible without resorting to FCFS, so will be doing a trial run with this method. This will be spread acros both sequences and single slots, rounded down for sequences and up for singles: So if i'd take 3 sequences and 3 singles like last time, at least 1 seqs and 2 sngls will be reserved.
2. Comic page commissions will be accepted during this round, but work slightly different from the other types of commissions. They will have an entirely separate form and you can submit both a comic form and a general form. They also will not have the same 50% reserve as the general commissions do. After the commission opening closes, i will narrow down the choices to ones i feel are within my capabilities and let RNG decide the final picks. Why? I dont know, but just experimenting to have comic commissions open, but also keep things fair. N if it doesnt work, i'll try something else next time! Of course, if you get picked for the comic slot, your general comm form becomes void.
3. I can not promise any deadlines, mostly because of irl work and college. So unles you dont mind Christmas in februari, please try not to overwhelm me with those too much
