Back from Holland. It was pretty amazing, not going to lie. And the film festival was pretty gosh darn amazing, too! On the first day of screening a friend and I watched 7 films. Intense stuff. But completely worth the numb sitting muscle.

Made a whole host of new friends from everywhere, including a uni close to mine. Another group of students who were staying at the same hostel. They bought cigars to smoke while I was toking my joint, haha. So Random.

Holland itself is such an experience. The people there are so friendly and are willing to talk to you no matter what. One kind woman that I made friends with in one of the screenings actually translated some of what the person giving a little speech into English for, how nice is that!? I had a better time with their language than a few of my friends as I speak a fair bit of German, which was handy. OTY for your heritage mum.

But yeah, am back in rainy England now.
