Colouring Terms & Conditions

- Colourings are PWYW unless otherwise stated, payment methods are discussed before works, and will be made after the colouring is complete, in-which an uncompressed, un-watermarked version will be provided.
- Minimum £1 payment per colouring unless otherwise stated, as per PWYW conditions, larger payments are not strictly required but greatly appreciated, particularly for more complex pieces.
- Please provide the original work file from the artist, or failing this, the largest, highest quality version of the original piece where possible, this will aid greatly in colouring and will ensure the best outcome.
- Please also provide references for all characters involved, failing this, a colour palette or description of the characters colours will be appreciated.
- Colours of Items and objects that are not specified will be chosen by me, however this can be changed if you do not like the chosen colour. Advising any desired colours beforehand is greatly appreciated and will save time, otherwise colours will be assumed.
- Colourings include sketch/linework cleaning, basic backgrounds, shading and minor additions (such as text and material detail) free of charge and on request, however larger donations would be appreciated.
- Please note that I am a colourist, and while I can attempt to change and add to existing sketches and lineart, my skills in this area are very limited, and I will not attempt major changes, detailed lined backgrounds, or new art pieces from scratch (lineart) as part of standard colourings.
- Please note that I work full time, and will also not be avalible to work on commisions at all times, I also work on personal projects (however commisions would take priority).
My turn arounds are often quick, and I will try to advise when the colouring will be completed where possible, however in the event there is a considerable delay, or I must turn down the commision, you will be advised asap. I will also advise when your colouring will be worked on next if there is a queue.
- Payment made in items worth X amount (such as games, art, stories etc) will generally accepted unless otherwise stated and at my discretion, please discuss this with me before works start.
- Trades are also welcome and I am happy and open to work with artists on projects.
- I am open to working on comics and animations, as well as sketches and line art.
- While I may work on personal projects for free at my own discretion, I will not accept exposure as payment, nor do I take requests.
- On some occasions, I may stream my work. If you would not be happy for your work to be streamed or shared in any capacity before it is completed, please advise before work starts.
- Un-watermarked version will be provided after payment is provided/agreed.
- I do not claim ownership over original pieces, only the coloured versions, with co-ownership still retained by the original artist and commisioner.
- Un-watermarked colours can be posted and shared however the commissioner wishes, however credit must be given to myself, and the original artist. An artist's wishes for the art not to be shared will override this permission.
- Original artists are entitled to coloured work files on request, and commisioner's at my discretion.
- The commissioner must seek permission for a piece to be coloured, and the coloured piece to be shared, with the original artist before commissioning myself. Evidence of this where possible is strongly encouraged.
I am not responsible in cases where the commissioner did not receive permission, and will take down pieces where the original artist requests this, the commissioner would also not be refunded for the work in this case as it has already been completed.
- WIPs will be shared with the commissioner and can be requested where I will provide these as soon as possible. Changes can be made and any errors will be fixed without charge, however if changes become excessive or unreasonable, I retain the right to refuse changes, and potentially stop further progress of the commision.
- Please provide as much information about what you would like from the commission as possible, to avoid changes and any dissapointment.
- Please be honest if you are not happy with the commision or would like changes, I would much rather the commision be correct and you won't hurt my feelings.
- I will not work on pieces involving cub/minors involved in lewd or suggestive acts, realistic death, gore or serious injury, hate speech, excessive drug use or scat. If you are unsure, please discuss with me. I also retain the right to refuse work on a piece at my discretion.
- Feedback is greatly appreciated, however please note that I am a new artist and my skills are always developing, I will always try my best to meet commisioner's requests and will explain why if I cannot.
