Adding A Waiting List for Commissions

Howdy!
Many peeps have been struggling to keep up with how quickly slots sell out when I open, so I am gonna start a waiting list. I'll cap it at 5 people so the wait times don't become astronomical and cause issues in that regard.
So it will be first come first serve, with an estimated wait time of 3 days to 8 weeks. I hope this helps!
