Portable power station? question

Hello!
To survive in this reality i should bought a portable power station for me and mine friend laptop.

Is here someone who ever used it (or other versions of this device) for charging laptops??
On ukrainian forums i see a lot of people sharing their experience, but it is never the laptops with 150W battery.
Logically, i understand that this model can give 4,7 charges to my laptop. But this is so expensive thing!
I want to hear anyone's thoughts or experience to be shure i don't throw away money
I buy it with a friend, so i only should pay 350 euro, but this is ALL i have except 30$ in hryvnas and the money for humanitarian needs (i didn't touch them)
It's a bit scary to buy something that you didn't know how will be working with your device xD

It looks like it can do 100w via usbc which is enough for most modern laptops, and 1000w using a normal plug.
We both have HP Pavilion 17
You may want to change the windows power settings whilst on the mains to “balanced” just to lower the amount of power drawn, and in the HP software disable fast charge (unless you need it). But you should be fine ;)

A home generator is about the same price, though that would require fuel.
It also sounds like the kind of thing people would donate in times like these. I would look into that.

In Ukraine everything that gives you a chanse to have an electricity have 200-300% higher price than original (because of high demand and lack of suply)

they offer refund, but we will be waiting for the battery. Because if we want to bought it in our country it will costs 500 euro more (x2 price)
