I'm having connection issues with the new internet service provider called "BrightSpeed". It bought all of CenturyLink's assets as of October 3rd in 2022, and it's been having internet outages to 88% of its customers, including me and my mother and sister. Does anyone else have problems with BrightSpeed?

I also have their services as well, but only through the landline telephone, we get our Internet from Tombigbee Electric's "Freedom Fiber". I wish I could help, but that's all I have. I do hope these outages cease for you guys soon, though. ^_^;
