Dragonflight launches tonight! If anyone is playing and is looking around for a furry guild, I run one called <Foxtail Caravan> on Wyrmrest Accord! We're big and active and we raid, but everyone is welcome!

Unfortunately no, cross-realm guilds are not a feature in the game. To join the guild you will need to make a Horde character on the server.
