βββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ Hi, I'd like some advice. I had a lower back injury in 2019. It still hurts. It sucks to sit and exist. Like always at a general painscale of 6/10 when I sit. How can I sit down and not feel in as much pain? What kind of butt cushions am I looking for my rump? Or any other advice from folks who also got some back pain.
Advice other than nagging at doctors who don't take me seriously when I say minimum 6/10 daily pain just because I'm saying it with a straight face. ((Seriously, do they want me to cry and say ow everytime I'm hurt? I wouldn't have a voice and my tear ducts would have shriveled. Having to say when I'm in pain constantly gets old as hell fast.))

Also a physiotherapist should help.
Here in Australia, its all down to when you can get in.
I ended up at my doctor and gotten a blood test to see why I wasn't feeling right, the following day after getting the test, my doctor called me and told me to head to the nearest chemist (drug store?) and buy a few things and to take x amounts of each. Then to book an appointment with him as soon as possible.
I ended up being alright, but... with blood tests here the doctor will wait for the follow appointment before letting you know, unless its serious.
I'm no doctor and I don't know the details of your injury so that's all I'll say for now. Try checking with a physiotherapist and see what kind of stretches or exercise they recommend.

A good physiotherapist or sports injury therapist may also be of help. Stretches may help as well, depending on your physical ability. Don't try anything that you're uncomfortable with or causes pain. Stretches can cause aches and muscle burn, but shouldn't cause sharp pain. If it does, stop and consult your provider.
I'd suggest avoiding surgery whenever possible, due to the risks, recovery, and meds involved.
Now, because of FA C.O.C. 2.5 regarding medical advice ...
