What genres are you into? I can think of a fantasy scenario where a devout paladin gets captured by some corrupt warlocks, and they try to break his will for a satanic ritual or something. Just something off the top of my head.

I feel like you've touched on, already, pretty known tropes and ideas. It's hard to pinpoint anything in specific I'd like to see, but I do love seeing the weaker, and willing, being turned into unwilling punching bags. Maybe a kind boyfriend offering to try his boyfriend's kinks, before he is having his abdomen punched over and over until he's sore and weeping, begging to stop?

How about hulk vs abomination (with a lot of gut punches and erotic stuff)

What about an AI simulation start-up company, along the lines of the matrix/sword art online. It's full-immersion, and everything inside can be felt by the person wearing the device. A young journalist hears horror stories about the things volunteers experience, being driven mad, and decides to investigate himself, as safely as possible... but once he's inside, whether through force or trickery, it goes full-on torture mode, not just physical but like, also playing on his phobias (Say, he's afraid of spiders or snakes or so, so it uses those in creative sadistic ways, or drowning scenarios, etc., basically it can hurt him in any way it wants without actually killing him because his real body is safely outside of the sim. It just gets hella creative, inflicting max pain as well as max psychological torment.
