The issue here really is Bobby is afraid of losing his regular income of which he is still entitled to. Some moron just decided to say otherwise probably because they were either being stupid or it would have benefited them in some sick way or both. I'm sure though by appealing the decision, this will be all sorted out.

Raising some money would help in the short run, but in the long run it the key problem still remained. Bobby is used to having a regular income, and wants to keep it that way. Stupid bureaucrats are just being stupid at the end of the day, making genuine disabled people suffer because of the actions of others.
