ADOPTABLE TERMS OF SERVICE

if you’re interested in buying any of my designs, please read this carefully! if you have any questions, you are free to ask.

BEFORE PURCHASE
- All characters are designed genderless
- Any names are only the names of the themes the design is based off and can always be changed
- Unless stated otherwise, species are ambiguous
- Everything is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fighting in the comments will get you blocked.

BUYING
- Currently I do not do holds and bids are rare.
- Currently only accepting Stripe (PREFERRED), Paypal, CashApp, and Zelle.
- At the moment, I can’t do design trades.
- All adoptables are individually uploaded to Toyhou.se for ownership tracking.
- A toyhou.se account is not required, but I would prefer it.
- Clean versions of designs will be delivered as soon as payment is received. Design will then be marked as bought in the original listings
- payment must come within 48 hours of claiming. after that, your adopt is free to be claimed by anyone else.

CREDITING
- Credits can be placed in a character folder or reference sheet.
- Do not claim you made the design.
- Other than that I’m very lenient.

AFTER PURCHASE
CAN:
- Resell, only at the original price it was bought.
- Redesign, even if the design is completely different.

CANNOT:
- Remove credit even after drastic redesigns. Rename it to “original/old design” if necessary.
- Resell at a higher price than bought.
