On Friday December 16 (day 296) another wave of Russian🇷🇺 missiles (the ninth barrage since 10 October*) was fired at Ukraine🇺🇦. From the ones that got through the air defenses and hit targets, the missiles were mostly apparently targeted at critical civilian infrastructure like electricity generation and distribution. Significant portions of the country of Ukraine🇺🇦 do not have electricity, with Kryvyi Rih, Kherson, and Kharkiv being badly affected by the attacks. Once again many Ukrainian civilians have been left without light and heat in freezing weather.
