Changes to rating and guideline system on FA

Hi all,
Over the last few weeks I have been talking with staff in trouble tickets about the rating system on FA.
I had come across an artist who was posting explicit fetish content (a mix of anal vore & feral x human among others) under the mature tag, when the appropriate level would be adult by the current guidelines.
I submitted a trouble ticket to just request an increase to the rating.
10 days later I get a response that says "Our ratings system and guidelines will be changing. Under the new system this content is permitted as is. As such the content will not be changed at this time."
I reopened the ticket to ask when are the systems changing, where proposed changes are being discussed, what opportunity for feedback has there been and why the change?
That was 15th November.
While waiting for a response, I emailed Dragoneer himself with the same queries.
I did not get any response so who knows if he got it.
3 weeks after the reopened trouble ticket (9th December) , to summarise their response I was told that they wont be answering anything specifically as it's private, but "User feedback is a force in this change".
I was told there will be a better tagging system as part of this ticket.
I responded one last time with criticism focused on how can user feedback be considered when they aren't advertising any consultation?
On the 13th December I was told that general tickets can be used to submit feedback.
So, this is where I am coming to you to simply inform you; if you would like to provide feedback, please raise a ticket under "General issue (Other)" , and share any concerns or support you may have for changing the rating system.

Following the guidelines I rated that mature, as that isn’t what I’d consider anywhere close to explicit. But no, nipple marks are explicit on FA!
Better not let FA staffers look at any real animals just in case they spot anatomy!
