So it turns out it was just a false alarm. The reason why I thought the site was shutting down was because of a vc conversation I had with with a few friends and one said the site was going poof. But it turns out FA is getting rid of the forums and moving them to discord. So there's nothing to worry about. That's good because I'd hate to start all over expectually when I had this account for over a year nearly 2 years in fact.
