Hello hello!
Just a quick update that I will be away for a little while taking a break over Christmas and New Years. I will be returning to the regular stream schedule from the 9th or 10th of January. π₯°
I will be going away in a couple days to see my family for Christmas, then gearing up for a week of hiking and painting in the local Tararua Ranges. I'm very excited for this trip, the Tararuas are beautiful, rugged, misty and mossy. I'll be sure to take lots of photos of my journey! I am looking forward to the quiet, relaxed days with plenty of time to think and reflect. It has been a very wet summer here so far, and if these mountains are behaving as they usually do I'll probably get soaked most days π I hope there will be some respite from the rain though so I can get lots of painting done! I will be staying in DoC huts most nights though so there'll always be somewhere warm and dry at the end of each day.
Thank you all for such a lovely 2022. This year was filled with incredible experiences, and I made so many friends while streaming. I look forward to coming back in the new year and talking with everyone again after the silly season is over and I'm settled back home. π
