Got a new Xbox and a heads up

So bought the new Xbox x series but unfortunately I forgot to change my Microsoft email awhile back so my old Xboxgamer account won’t be much use so I had to make a new one for my current email address so if anyone still has my old gamer name on there friends list you can delete if you want may take me awhile

Nothing I can do about it since I can’t remember jack or my old password and since I don’t have the old email address and the site to it can’t get anything from it

Did you try customer service? I remember losing my email address for my gamertag and Microsoft managed to arrange a new email address and password to get it back.
