A Form for Requests/Trades have opened!

Ah sh!t, here comes LucarioBoy dropping another Journal on you!
This was supposed to be meant for my Deviantart Profile, but I will be posting it here to
I have created a Form for people to submit their Requests/Trades with. This will be how I will take Requests and ArtTrades from now on

I encourage you all to give it a go, but please read the following before you start filling one out:
1) This Form is for submitting Requests and Trades ONLY. Because since Commissions deal with Money, and my method for being paid for Commisions is by PayPal, I have to handpick the Commission offers I am given so I can't make a form for that sadly. Sorry, but you will just have to send me a Note or DM me via Discord if you are interested in a paid order. Thank you for understanding
2) Requests/Trades submitted through the Form are subject to approval. Meaning they MUST be approved by me before I draw the Request/Trade. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DISSAPPROVE ANY REQUEST/TRADE I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE DOING
3) Do not, and I will repeat, DO NOT FALSIFY ANY INFORMATION YOU PUT ON YOUR SUBMITTION. Those who falsify will not be able to use the form to submit their Request/Trade, and they will ALSO get blocked
