Commissions & YCH Ref Sheets:
Please provide a brief description along with visual references of a commission idea, and flat-coloured images.
Commissions and YCH poses are for existing characters only.

Customs & YCH:
Please provide a flat ref sheet of your character. Must be a flat-coloured image of an existing character.
Customs and YCH are paid upfront before starting and 2 wip is given, minor edits are made to the premade poses to fit your character.
Any large edits will be subjected to an additonal $10 being added to final price.
ALL Customs/YCHs MUST HAVE BASE CREDIT WHEN UPLOADING THE FINISHED PIECE!
(Meaning you must credit me for the colouring/edits and credit the artist's base I used for the YCH)

Adopts:
You're allowed to change: name and gender for any adoption after you have purchased it. (Minor changes to the design. Nothing that makes it look like a completely different character)
If you purchase one of the adopts from my page, please credit it back to my FA, or Twitter, all located on my front page.
You may not resale for more than you purchased unless it has extra art and you must wait a week before reselling the adopt.
(If you do decide to resale an adopt please let me know)
Holds on adopts are for a day (24hours) If no payment is sent within this time then I will take this as you are no longer interested in the adoption and it will go back for sale or to the next customer.

Wait Period: Depending on the complexity of the character and how large the commission it may take up to 1 month.
Unlimited YCH Poses are normally done within 2-3 weeks unless I need more time due to the pose and character provided or life getting in the way.
Depending on the queue wait periods may be longer.

Payment & Progress
All payments are PayPal and CAD only,
And payments are upfront. (If for some reason you need more time note me)
Ref Sheet Commissions two WIP are provided.

Refund Policy:
Sorry, I do not give refunds. The one exception to this is if I drop your Commission, You will be refunded in full.

Posting:
All commissioned art is allowed to be re-posted and used for personal use by the commissioner as long as proper credit is given.
You must provide credit to my FA or a link to my FA if uploaded on other sites. (Or other sites where I upload my art)
Commissions done by me will be uploaded to my page so that others can see my art style. (If for any reason you want a private commission just note me and we can discuss)

Blocking/Banning
If for any reason you do not follow my TOS you will be blocked from commissioning me again.
If you make a habit of commenting to buy something and then back out multiple times you will be blocked and ban.
Ghosting and reading notes about your commission or payments.
This goes for adopts, auctions, and ych as well!

I can and will deny any commission if these rules are not followed or if I don't think I can draw what is asked.
I ask that commissions be credited to my FA page or Twitter, just as I said above, and PLEASE do not trace or say the image is your own work.
