I'm so sorry. I know it's hard to see someone like that. It's a difficult thing. You haven't failed her. You've done what you could to make her better. And, in a sense, hospice may be what helps her most right now. It's unfair that sometimes what's best isn't "good." But that doesn't mean you failed. Still, I'm so sorry you're going through this.

Oof. Very sorry to hear that. Sadly, it is something that happens to everybody eventually. As long as you kept her life worth living for as long as you could, it is not a failure.
