I Am Confused.

Am I the only one who wasn't interested in the newest Puss In Boots movie nor that wolf character everyone is freaking out over? I mean, the first movie was fine and all, but I wasn't pining for a sequel and, even when the first trailer dropped, I thought it looked pretty bad (I am not a fan of that animation style they're using; the whole Into The Spider-Verse style-animation) and really had no interest in seeing it. As for the wolf character? Again, I don't see or get the fuss over him. To me, from what I've seen online and read, he's not that interesting of a character, even as the physical embodiment of Death...which, by the way, Death isn't supposed to be a BAD guy in any way/shape/form. The best version of Death will always be the one from the Terry Prachett Discworld series, especially The Hogfather and I WISH more films would stop treating Death/Grim Reaper as a bad guy (And stop treating wolves as bad guys, too, while we're at it).
OK, I rambled a bit at the end, but I just needed to get my thoughts out on this.

I saw the Wolf and think they look cool in a way and I assumed there will likely be a bunch of fans though isn't that the thing with any new Wolf design? I'm sure there are lots of Mr. Wolf ("The Bad Guys") fans.
I liked the animation style for "Spiderverse" as it looked comicbook-inspired but if they use it for tha new Puss in Boots one, is it supposed to remind of a fairy tales story...Hmm...I don't know. Again, might have a proper opinion whenever I get to watch it. I admittedly have missed out on a lot of animated movies in recent years because the sheer output of new content is huge.
Shame on me but I never got the chance to properly get into the "Discworld" franchise yet. I know that years ago, there were like two different point & click adventure game adaptations (in one you play as Rincewind the Sorcerer and in another one a detective of sorts and the world in that was very noir inspired, I think). Also recall a live-action-movie. Not sure how big overall the franchise of Discworld is. It sure sounds as it should be as widespread as "Lord of the Rings" and "Harry Potter" are nowadays.
